Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
By using VibeScan at vibe-scan.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Authorized use
VibeScan is a security scanning tool. You may only submit URLs and applications that you own or have explicit written permission to security test. Scanning third-party applications without authorization is prohibited and may violate applicable laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and similar legislation in other jurisdictions.
By checking “I own this app or have permission to security test it” when submitting a scan, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization.
What the service provides
VibeScan provides automated security analysis of the public surface and artifacts you submit. It is a first-pass review tool, not a penetration test. It cannot guarantee that your application is free of vulnerabilities. A clean scan result means no issues were found by our automated checks — it does not mean the application is secure.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting URLs or applications you do not own or have permission to test.
- Attempting to exceed rate limits through technical means (proxies, rotating IPs, etc.).
- Using the service to identify vulnerabilities in third-party applications for exploitation.
- Automated bulk scanning without prior written agreement.
- Reselling or repackaging scan results as your own product without a commercial license.
Payments and refunds
Paid scan credits are non-refundable once a scan has been run. If a paid scan fails due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a replacement credit. Contact support@vibe-scan.app within 7 days of the failed scan.
Disclaimer of warranties
VibeScan is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will find all vulnerabilities in your application, that results will be error-free, or that the service will be available at all times. Security findings are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for evaluating findings and making your own security decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeScan and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any damages resulting from security incidents in your application whether or not a VibeScan scan was run.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “last updated” date. Continued use of VibeScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
